PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY
The positions primary responsibility will be to implement, operationalize, and support HCA Healthcare’s HIE (Health Information Exchange) solution. Supports business owners related to system solutions, enhancements or system issues. Provides business knowledge and subject matter expertise on systems to the business owner and team members. Works with other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements and the business need.

College Graduate - Preferred
EXPERIENCE
Relevant Work Experience
3 or more years
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Required – 3 or more years of relevant job experience in the following areas
Strong problem and issue resolution experience
Highly motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
Adeptness to learn new assignments, technologies and application quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Ability to build strong relationships within department and with other technical team members.
Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, understand and synthesize complex problems, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely manner.
Leads meetings with Purpose, ensures documented outcomes, action items and next steps.
Preferred – 1 – 2 years of relevant job experience in the following areas
2 years of experience implementing HL7 interfaces and standards including CCD/CCDA
2 years of experience with HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)
2 years of experience with .NET, C#, SQL, Python
2 years of Data Science/Informatics experience
2 years of experience with PowerBi or equivalent analytics tool
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office - Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge and experience of XML and JSON standards
Knowledge and experience with interoperability and national exchanges (CommonWell, eHealth Exchange)
Knowledge and experience with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process
Experience with Clinical Applications that facilitate patient care
Experience/Understanding of Healthcare HHS ONC/CMS/OIG Regulatory requirements
Experience with EMR application integrations for MEDITECH, EPIC, eClinical Works, Experity
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
Some travel will be required – 10% or less
