Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior Product Analyst will manage the data collection strategy and delivery of Objectives and Key Results metrics (OKRs) for the Software Development Organization (SDO). This role will require significant self-direction, building and defining how the SDO measures itself. It involves analyzing, profiling, and mapping metric elements to model and create sharable metric frameworks and dashboards. This position will perform as a consultant and problem-solver, who takes ownership of data collection and reporting functions and drives them to completion.

What you will do in this role:

•  Build data collections and repositories that inform dashboards, reports, pivot-tables, and ad hoc reporting tools
•  Collaborate with leadership and product/process owners to design, develop, maintain and manage advanced dashboards that meet product requirements. 
• Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. 
• Consistently delivers according to commitments and project plan dates
  

What you need to have: 

• 3-5 years of relevant experience 
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred 
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and related data tools to process large amounts of data in a set-based fashion
  
• Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization
  
• Experience building reports and dashboards for visualization
  
• Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools
  
• Experience manipulating and cleaning data -
• Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) -
• Interested in working within software industry/has some general technical knowledge
